What we collect
The talent form collects your name, contact details, city, area of interest, experience, optional portfolio link, introduction and PDF resume. Please include only information relevant to recruitment; do not include national identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal records.
How we use it
Desert Code uses your application to assess suitability and contact you about relevant opportunities. Submitted resumes are stored privately and accessed through a restricted application inbox. Submission is an expression of interest and does not guarantee an interview, vacancy or employment.
Retention and deletion
Applications are made available to the recruiting team for up to 12 months from submission, unless you request deletion earlier. You can request correction or deletion by emailing [email protected] with your application reference or the email used to apply. The team can permanently delete applications and resumes from its inbox.
